Through our partnership with LiveUp (https://www.liveup.org.au/), an initiative of Independent Living Australia (iLA – https://www.ilaustralia.org.au/), Wellness 2 Age is pleased to connect older people, families, community groups and organisations with practical, evidence-informed resources that support healthy ageing. On this page, you’ll find a selection of resources that complement the Wellness 2 Age program and provide simple ideas and strategies that can be incorporated into everyday life.
